New Video + Review: Hennessey – Bartender (Featuring M.I. and Naeto C)

If you feel like watching a 4 minute commercial disguised as a music video, this one is for you, however, hopefully Nigerians are not shallow enough to buy into this skulduggery and would give this the once over before moving on.

Not to take anything away from M.I and Naeto’s skills behind the microphone, but if ever an artist could be classified as having sold out, their participation in this mess would put both of them squarely in that category. I have nothing against artists getting paid, but when artists use their reputations and professional integrity to push products that are not beneficial in any way to those who use them, well, I have personal issues with that.

Ultimately, as much as I tried to enjoy the song and video, and it is a good song and a nice video, the constant direct and indirect push to drink Henny , Henny and more Henny was a complete turn off for me.
